General Terms & Conditions:

To open an account with East Coast USA Distributors you must have a retail store or installation shop.

We require a minimum opening order of $500.00.

In order to maintain an active account with East Coast USA Distributors it is necessary to order a minimum of $5000.00 in product per year.
If this is not achieved the account will be closed.

Payment terms for orders placed online are the same terms that are already set up between East Coast USA Distributors and dealer. New account terms are COD Money Order or Cash as default. Credit card payment option is available, contact us for details.

Most items are in stock and ready to ship some items may be back ordered in which case East Coast USA Dist will do our best to contact you and inform you of the back ordered products on your order. We will try to notify you of substitutes for your back orders or notify you when the product is expected to arrive in our warehouse.

New Account Terms: New account terms are COD Cash / Money Order or credit card. Call for details. We also offer credit card payment options, contact us for details.

Return Policy: defective returns will be accepted for exchange for same model with pre-authorized RMA number. There are no returns for credit or for exchange to different product or model.

Orders & shipping:

1. Orders will ship according to the shipping method available, or the one setup on your account with East Coast USA Dist.
2. Truck delivery orders (where available according to location please ask) will be charged $5 for orders below $500, $10 for orders below $300 and $15 for orders below $100.
3. UPS orders placed by 2:00 pm will ship same day, orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the following business day.
4. Pick up orders – Orders for pick up must be placed ahead of time. Allow 45 minutes for orders to be prepared for pick up. Pick up hours are 9:30am – 4pm Monday – Friday. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 3 pm.
