Kenwood DDX5707S Let the 6.8

There have been some sporadic reports of the DMX47S, DMX4707S, DDX57S, and DDX5707S receivers staying ON after the vehicle’s key has been turned OFF.

When this occurs, the following symptoms were reported:

  • ”No Video Signal” display
  • Touch keys inoperable
  • The power cannot be turned off
  • Black screens

Although the reports of this were minimal and did not occur in many vehicles, as a precautionary measure and so that you are aware, please help us in communicating the message that a new firmware update is now available to remedy this.
