There have been some sporadic reports of the DMX47S, DMX4707S, DDX57S, and DDX5707S receivers staying ON after the vehicle’s key has been turned OFF. When this occurs, the following symptoms were reported:

Please note that the DDX5707S, DDX57S, DMX4707S & DMX47S that we are now shipping have been updated with the current software. The ones that have been updated have a yellow dot located on the unit, beauty box and master pack to easily identify which ones have been updated.
